1. To get this Custom Wallpaper feature, first update WhatsApp through the Google Play Store program store.
2. After updating, open the WhatsApp program and select one of the chats whose wallpaper you want to distinguish.
3. In the chat field, click the three dots icon in the upper right corner to open the "message settings" menu and the "wallpaper" option.
4. Choose one of the available wallpapers such as cheerful colors, dark colors, compact colors, or a choice of custom wallpapers that can be taken from the cellphone gallery.
5. After selecting the wallpaper, two options will appear.
6. Select the "For This Chat" option if the wallpaper only wants to be used to chat with that group or person. If you select the "For all Chat in Light/Dark Theme" option, then that wallpaper will be used for all chat rooms. Next, click the "OK" button at the bottom.
7. The wallpaper will be applied automatically.
8. If you want to go back to the old wallpaper, the user can select the original image from the Wallpaper Archive column (archive).
